Christmas Cookies – 1 Recipe, 3 Ways!

A Christmas cookies recipe that can create multiple cookie flavours will definitely  make your life easier during the holiday season – and allow your baking skills to shine! Shortbread is a Christmas classic, with a buttery velvet texture that melts in the mouth. What You’ll Need:

  • 2 cups unsalted Stirling Churn 84 butter, softened
  • 1 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
  • 4-5 large fresh rosemary sprigs, remove leaves and chop into smaller pieces
  • ¼ cup chopped white chocolate
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
