Easter is nearly here! That means chocolate bunnies and eggs everywhere – and we are certainly not complaining. Last week we featured this delicious pavlova topped with chocolate eggs to get us in the spirit, but if you’re all mocha-d out, don’t worry. This week we are swapping the cocoa for coconut!
Soft crumbly layers of sponge, sweet gooey frosting with an added crunch of coconut flakes is just what we need this long weekend! Pair it with a hot coffee, or a cold glass of milk and put the world to rights with your family or friends this Easter.
